At or near the bottom of comparative geography test scores U.S. students are by no means unique in their lack of preparation for the future. In our country ignorance of geography costs us millions of dollars every year in faulty judgments about space and place. It’s about time we stepped up to changing the mind maps sabotaging young peoples geographic performance. We have committed ourselves to those principles that insist - All Children Can Learn, Aim for Mastery, Focus on Results.
